2800 scr-7.4 MPI fuel pump access

Hello all--wondering if anyone has tried to get at the electric fuel pump/cooler unit on single engine 2800--seems like the plastic cover over the units butts right against the motor mount, I just can't remove it! Any info or advice greatly appreciated--Mike

Have you looked in the Mercruiser manual for you engine under Documents of this site?
