Default Would you replace 12 year old Northstar GPS?

We have a 12 year old Northstar GPS on our 2900SE

It’s functional when you turn it on and the depth transducer seems to work fine but we’ve never updated the charts [if you can do that I’m assuming there’s a Sim card or something in there). Most of our trips to date have been in waters I know well and I’ve got a phone with GPS so haven’t seen a need.

It seems to track our approximate location but it looks “off“. We are planning some longer trips in waters I don’t know as well. Is there a way to update this or should I possibly replace the antenna to get a better reading? Or is it time to replace it with something new, and if so, interested if anyone has recommendations or is done this recently. Thanks.
