Windless winch for Maxum 3100 SE

I have a 2004 Maxum 3100 SE. What brand of windless winch is recommended? A search for vertical ones on Amazon and found Five Oceanside, Maxwell and Lewmar.

Also, does the 3100 come pre-wired for a winch? I see there is a connector in the anchor locker. I have 20’ 5/16 chain and 150’ 5/8 rope.
