Try and take one of your switches out and look for a part number on the back.

Is the switch itself bad? I bought a rocker switch from West Marine and took the face/switch off the old one and put it on the new rocker switch so it matched all my originals. The connections in my old switch were bad.

Can you take a pic of the switch panel?? You may need to buy and replace all of the switches.

The rubber contura toggle switches are made by carling. You can get just the rubber switch and replace it with a small tool.

The silver post toggle switches are made by Sierra.

This I know for sure is for the 2004+ boats and may be same for yours.
