Storage locker courtesy light

Hi, I have a 2009 Maxum SC3 2100. I discovered a courtesy light in the rear locker but can’t get it to work. Have replaced bulb and fitting. Can anyone tell me how this light gets switched on, e.g. is it via the same courtesy light button that controls cockpit courtesy lights??

Turn on the cockpit courtesy lights and see if it comes on......
