Default Running Wire from Dash Board

I have a 2003 2700 SCR. The boat is not pre-wired for a windlass. What is the best way to route the wires from the dash board to the anchor hole?

the wires are run from the batts in the engine bay thru the stbd side...down thru the chase and into the midberth then fwd behind the head....down into the cabinet and fwd to the anchor locker under the shelf for the back rest of the fwd vee berth....then up....

that's the way mine ran when we had the 2700 scr..
