Radio Turns on When Battery Switches are Turned On

So when I turn my one battery selector switch from OFF to 1, 2, or BOTH the radio comes on and I have to manually turn it off in the cabin. Anyone know what is causing this or how to remedy?

There are two power wires that come from the stereo, one is yellow and should be powered all of the time (Direct to battery), this allows presets to be stored/etc. The other is the red wire, this should come off of either the key or in my case, I wired it to an auxiliary switch so I can turn it on when I want it and the engine doesn't need to be running.
