Default Process for replacing rocker switch

My nav lights are down, and I'd like to replace the switch as part of my troubleshooting process.

I have attached an image of the switches I have, both the "Nav Lights" and "Anchor Lights" switches are down.

The switches are Carling V series 20A switches as seen in the attached. The 2 switches of interest have the yellow insulation on the spade connectors. I can't seem to get a direct switch swap easily in Australia, so I am going to have to use a different switch. Also attached is an image of a switch I bought here (turns out its a 16A switch so not suitable).

Assuming I get a 20A version of my new switch, how should the wiring configuration look?

The process for turning off the 12v system is the following, correct?

1. Turn both battery dials located under deck sink to "Off", currently they are both on "Both".
2. Turn off Battery Charger on AC switch panel

First have you verified that the switches are the problem and not the lights themselves?
Use a voltmeter to verify power to the switches going in and coming out when turned on. If the switch is getting power but nothing out when on then the switch is bad but I expect this to be unlikely as the switches seldom fail.

First step is to replace the lights for sure

Why replace if you haven’t verified it’s a blow fuse or corroded connection.

Ok, I would replace the masthead light and see if it works before doing anything else.
