Default Original equipt battery charger not working?

Went on the boat yesterday and found the battery dead. Shore power hooked up and working fine, battery charger breaker switched to "ON" but no battery power. Opened the engine hatch and looked at the charger. No red LED or green LED light indicators were on. All connections were good and no sign of corrosion or cut wires. Replaced the battery with a new one and still no indicator lights. Are these chargers fused in any way? Battery charger breaker on the shore power panel looks fine also. Charger manual says if no indicator lights work it may be a component failure. I think the brand is GUEST. Any info would be great!

sounds like your charger took a dump.....they are either good or bad..no inbetween.....checking the breaker at the pwr buss is about all the protection they have unless on the unit itself they have installed a fuse...but I doubt it...sounds like the charger just puke...it happens sometimes....sorry for the bad news...
