As long as the battery switch is on batt 1 or 2 all is required is to have the switch in the frig set to on.

Batteries are set to both.
Fully charged.
Norcold is set to 3.
The light is not on and the Norcold is not on.

Works great on shore power!

Where does the 12v power connect to?

When the refrigerator was installed it needed to be wired to 110v and 12v. If it was then check the fuse in your fuse block. Should switch automatically to 12v when 110v is not available.

There should also be a switch inside that needs to be on. There is is a breaker on the back as well. When you pull it to check the breaker, check the 12VDC circuit as well.

The 12 volt wires have no power to them.
Where do they go?

I’ve followed them up to the drivers consul but don’t see a switch to power it.

Any suggestions.

Mine doesn't have a switch but there's a fuse in the block.

May also try your battery isolator switches and see if it works in a different switch setting.

It's not a good idea to run your house with the battery switch set to BOTH. You can kill both batteries and have no way to start the engine.
