installation location suggestions?

Aquired a Garmin Fishfinder 90 dirt cheap at a going out of business sale. Got it mainly for the depth finder function- lots of sneeky sandbars around here. I'm have trouble imagining a good location to mount the head unit in a 08' 1800MX? Suggestions?

we've had several people add a fish finder...for me in the old 2700...I didn't want to drill into the decking on the dash...so...i got a ram mount and clamped it right to the stanchion on the windshield...it's out of the way and really worked well....plus it was right where you wanted it for driving...looks like this..
