The Maxum line was shut down in 2009 by Brunswick. Your instrumentation cluster was made by VooDoo gauges if I recall and are no longer available. you may want to contact them for options.
I have used a place called fixyourboard.com to have an oven control board repaired that was no longer available. Not sure if they can help but another option.
