Default Depth sounder rocker switch

There is a rocker switch next to the power switch on the stock depth sounder. I assume it sets the alarm but I don't know how.

are you talking about the digital depth sounder on the dash??....yes..one punch will set the shallow water alarm..another will set the deep water alarm....then there is the off/on button...
