Default Aerater switch question

My 1988 Stratus bass boat has outdated arbiter toggle switches. The aerator pumps are Johnson 12V and I have #2 of them. I would like to upgrade the switch (see pictures) because one of them pumps do not work. My switch is auto, and manual settings. Only one pump works on manual and the other pump does not work at all(no power to it) pumps look new. I think it is my rusty old switch. As you can see it has a min, max aerator knob also.
I have been looking for a Johnson home page but cannot seem to locate one. Can anyone advise me on a replacement switch (part number) or where I may look online to find one. Hopefully they will have a land line phone in Tec support to explain so I can explain what I want to replace.

These aren't OEM parts. You wouldn't need to call the builder of your house to ask about replace a light switch.

Using a voltmeter, test the 12VDC going into the switch, then coming out of the switch. If it's the switch, the voltage will be low or non-existent on the outbound side of the switch.

If you really want to verify that the pumps are good, run a hot and ground jumper from a battery source to the pump to verify the pump works.

These three-way switches are very common.
