Default Access to wiring for Radio

Hey guys,

I have a 2004 1800SR. I'm having an issue with the radio having no power. I slid under the passenger column and can see a bunch of wiring, but its tied up and just out of reach from that position. I talked to my buddy who I got the boat from, and he said he was pretty sure the back cushion in the bow where a passenger would be sitting with their back up against the window area is on a hinge and should swing up which would give me access. I tried it and it seems pretty tight. I just want to be sure before I yank on it and rip it off by accident.

Thanks!
Dave

So update on this...the cushion is not removable on that side. It's held in with clips...so I guess it can be removed, but not easily and there is just a plastic wall behind it anyway. I did however find out that if you pop out the cup holder, you can get your hand down there to get at the wires.
