Default 1997 2300SC fuse box diagram?

Hi. I'm a newbie to this forum and Maxum ownership. I'm hoping someone can help me out. I purchased a '97 2300SC with no manuals. I found the fuse box but it's not labeled so I have no idea which fuse goes to what. Does anyone out there have a diagram? I'd be mighty grateful!

`Dave

Dave welcome aboard

If no one can help with a diagram I suggest pulling a fuse at a time and see what stops working to determine how to label it.

Thanks Mike. Yeah that's actually a good idea, can't believe I didn't think of that. Except I have a couple of things that don't work (horn and pressurized water system) and was hoping I could track it to a blown fuse. Thanks again.

I've got a fuse diagram for my '01 2300sc. I'll post some pics when I go down to the boat.

Pressurized water system has a switch in the galley. Horns corrode and fail.

I would start with the fuse block. Theoretically, the fuses with no wires are spares. Those which do nothing AND have wires connected are not functioning. A good place to start is to verify whether the fuse is blown or not. IF not, try unseating it and reseating it. That scrapes the corrosion off of the fuse blades and the fuse bus and can often fix mysterious issues.

If non of that works, then I would use a multi-meter on the connections on the device (e.g. pump, horn, etc) then start working backwards to the fuse panel and the dash switches.

Thx, I've already done what you recommended with the fuse box, now I'll start working backwards from the components...
