Cannot answer without knowing the size of the house battery and power draw of the frig however I doubt it will last two days with the frig and other house loads for two days.

Does the boat have an onboard generator? If not, I've used a Honda 2K portable for many years. I've gone 18 days disconnected from shorepower.

It does have a generator just not used to using it. It looks like this is a good time to use it Thanks Ray--"ohana"

If it does not get used make sure to test it before leaving the slip. The worst thing you can do to a genny is not use it. Even if you don't need it, it's a good idea to run it often under load.
