Default Just another Newbie

Hello all, Just purchased my first boat last week. It needs some cleanup but I think that's about it. The boat is a 1993 2200 SC. I'm hoping to have it on the water by mid October right in time for Rock season on the Chesapeake. I'll only have about six weeks to play this season but that's OK.

We're just down the road from you in Victoria Harbor. We go all over the place, I like to go past the dam at times and Illinois Creek is a fun little cove for people watching but you better get there early in the summer months. Fills up quickly. Not sure if you're new to Allatoona or not but just be careful this time of year. Water levels are fairly low and will get lower and there are a lot of shallow spots around. Good luck with the new boat. Looking forward to seeing some pictures.

Hi all,
My name is Tony and I live in Palm Coast, Florida. I own a 2004 Maxum 2400 SE that both my wife and I love, and if you are anything like us, we never spend enough time on it. I did start a thread asking about wood grain instrument panel replacements and I apologize for not coming here first. I look forward to chatting with you about yours and ours boating adventrures.

Hey Tony! I answered your thread for the wood grain............but welcome to the website! Lots of nice people here to help.

Palm Coast huh...........Bought a complete enclosure package (eisenglass) from a resident of Palm Coast last year for our 2001 3000 SCR. Found it through this website.

Hope your family had a great Thanksgiving.

We are in Dallas, Texas on Lewisville Lake. We just purchased a 99 3000 SCR in a 50' covered slip with all the ammenities of home on our dock, Cabinets, full size fridge, cooking appliances, 50" TV with DishTV.
Being able to stay dry during a rain storm has made slip life great!
