Default Newbie in Melbourne, Florida

Just brought home our 2005 Maxum 2900 SE. This is the biggest boat we've
owned. It rode so nice and took us about three hours to motor it from Ft. Pierce to Melbourne. Looking for other boaters interested in getting together and enjoying the ICW. Still learning as much as we can about our Maxum but she's
ready to go and boating weather is really starting to get nice. Hope to meet up with maybe some other Maxum owners so we can help each other out as needed.

Welcome aboard ... Space Coast also. If you're a FaceBooker, you might find this group of interest.

While most of the discussion is on other, more problematic, portions of the AICW, there is good info about northern and southern FL. Our portion of the AICW (say New Smyrna to St Lucie) is pretty quiet. We've ranged northward to St Augustine, and southward to Boynton Beach (had to cut a trip to the Keys short due to mechanical issues).
