Hey all,

Taking the plunge on a 2005 2100SC this weekend, pending the sea trial!

Hoping to learn from the community here and in time, be able to return the favour!

Is this a predominantly American forum? Any other Brits on here??

How did the sea trial go?

Sea trial went well, a bit Harry Roughers but it coped well in 5ft swells. No chance of anything over 15kn but the 5.0 MPI is very responsive on the throttle

The no so great bits... One of the batteries is dead as a dodo, the engine is beeping every 1min (soft fault?) the trim oil level is low and a couple of bits of trim loose here and there.

All to be sorted by the broker and once its all in order, we get the keys!

Got the keys today! Just moved it 6miles down the coast to our permanent berth in the marina.

First problem, IAC valve needs replacing... All the funs!

If you bought a used boat and all you need to fix is an IAC you got LUCKY !!!!!!!

Also the fold out table is saturated to the core. I'll start another thread on that one.
