Introduction (New Member)
Hey Maxum Boat Owners! Thanks for being here. I posted a question in another thread and then realized it may be rude not to introduce myself first.
I'm 44 years old from Lexington, NC. I'm an electrical engineer of 15 years with a small firm in Asheboro, NC. Expertise is mostly in relaying, control systems and power distribution for industrial and utility industries. Hobbies include playing, writing and recording music, primarily on guitar. Oh yeah, and I like fishing, skiing, and other watersports.
Just bought my second boat. This one actually runs! I actually learned some hard lessons from the first one. Primarily with respect to the open-loop raw water cooling system. Still think there should be a better way to keep the engine cool in bowriders. lol. Anyway, my Maxum actually runs great and I'm looking forward to keeping her that way!
