Default Hello From Pittsburgh

Hi There,

I recently picked up what I am told is a 1989 Maxim 1700XR. It has the Force 2 stroke 90HP motor. Other than that seems to have quite some renovations, renewing or customized things.

Like many I will be looking for resources, information and all of that. Maybe a few good stories.

At any rate before I get into specifics I make this post to see how active the forum still is.

Thanks
Mike

Not entirely sure of a “home” spot. Some rivers but I’m a lake guy from the Midwest originally. So would love to here about the lakes that are not HP restricted.

Lake Erie. Lake Arthur is limited to 20Hp. There are also a lot of reservoirs around you.

Yes I am very close to Crooked Creek. Reasonably close to the other Army lakes.
