97' was 10 year anniversary, what are the last 2 digits on the HIN?

I have a 97 2400 that had 163 hours when I bout it in 2008, that is really low for it age. A concern is rubber seals drying out and getting hard.

Is she a fresh or salt water boat?

Did you check out the health of the engine, compression, operating temp using a IR senser? Also exhaust system temps?

Inspect gear lube for signs of water or metal shavings?

When was the impeller last changed?

Yes I know she has low hours but she is still a 97' and age takes a toll regardless.

we are on our 2nd season of our '98 2800 scr. I love it and staying overnight on it all the time. My wife and I along with 3 kids fit nicely on it.
