Hi I am a new to boating and Maxim. We just purchased a 1989 Maxim BowRider. Not much info about the boat other than hual serial number and motor info. She runs like a charm and all original equipment, I think ¿}
Any ideas on W5's about the boat. Can I get owners/service manuals for her? Does Maxim have boat information re serial number of boat?

My guess is the '5W's? 'Who, What, Where, When, Why'?

Mercruiser provides the service manuals for the engine and outdrive/outboard). Maxum makes the hull and deck. Everything else is third party. (e.g Taylor makes the windshield, Windline makes the ladder, Faria makes the guages, Perko makes lights and cleats, etc.).

Owners manual might have light documentation on switches and maybe some info. on the wiring harness.
