Throttle/shift control

[Bigbuddy]

Can someone help me identify this control?
I had a sticky shift lever condition... so I unhooked the shift cable and throttle cable, and found the cables to operate fine.
I disassembled the shift control box to clean the old dirt/grease out of it, and didn't take enough pictures during disassembly to get it back together...
I was hoping to find something online...
