Default Maxum 2900 SE Details

Hello everyone, have a nice Sunday, I am very interested in the Maxum 2900 SE. I only know the boat from pictures so far. I am most interested in the headroom in the cabin and in the bathroom. There are two 5 litre mercruiser MPI engines in the boat. Does the Axius cause a lot of problems or is it more or less reliable? What else do I need to look out for?
Thank you very much for your answers.
Best regards
Carl

Here is the manual for the boat.

I haven’t heard of any design issues with the Axius system but like anything they can fail. I would hire a good surveyor to go over the boat.

I had a 2003 2900 SCR with twin 4.3s and Alpha drives. It ran great once I replaced the aluminum props with 4 blade stainless, so the 5.0s should be great. I’m 5’-11” and had no issues with headroom in the cabin or head.
