Default Replacing thru hulls on 98 3000SCR

My thru hulls are original to the boat, and are ready to be replaced. I have one in particular that's got to be done this offseason, it is starboard side midship, looks to be near to the head. There is a set of three here, one is to the mid cabin bilge, one to the head sink, and one to a tube that terminates near the mid cabin bilge (no idea what this one was for?).

Any tips on accessing these, or installing new (this will be my first go at these, but I'll have some supervision)? It looks like I'm going to have to remove the storage cabinet above the head and then will have a long reach down in there to get at them?
