Check your cleats! - Maxum Boat Owners Club

My 97’ 2400 SCR has a stainless steel bow cleat but the mid and aft ones were chrome plated cast zinc. A few years ago I noticed cracks forming around the mounting bolts but this year pieces of metal was missing so I replaced them with stainless steel.

Thank you for posting this but isn't that photo showing the Chrome zinc version? Did you find a stainless version that fits the holes?

You know what, you are correct. I searched for stainless steel and these came up and were the only ones with the correct footprint. Guess they’ll need to be replaced again in 25 years.

Okay just making sure, I'll Probably buy the same ones but hate paying $45 thanks for finding the part number!
